Our Biesse Rover flat bed router has a bed size of 3600 x 1800mm and has 32 machining spindles with 28 vertical and 12 horizontal boring spindles. This highly accurate and efficient machine is coupled with the latest programming, drafting and modeling software that allows us to provide cost effective solutions for all your CNC routing and cutting requirements.
We machine a variety of materials including melamine, MDF, plywood, timber, composites, compact laminate and a range of acrylic and engineered sheeting products.
Box Size Carcase System
Modern kitchen and cabinet designs rely on a versatile and strong carcase system. Our modular components come in a variety of configurations to provide the designer with the flexibility required to meet all functional and design requirements. We have developed a comprehensive library for standard carcase cabinets that we have termed “Box Size”.
Hole locations for draw runners, shelf pins, hinge holes and assembly connections can be machined into the panels prior to assembly, saving time during the construction process. No cutting lists are required; all you need to supply is the configuration code of the box and the overall sizes. The assembly of the cabinets is a simple process for a cabinet maker or handy individual. Melamine Doors & Panels
Our melamine board and edging range has developed and progressed greatly in recent years. Melamine boards now have a vast range of colour schemes and finishes that offers the designer and client a variety of options from a high gloss finish to textured wood grains and soft matt finishes.
With clean lines and a modern look our melamine doors and panels are attractive, resilient and economical. Popular for use in kitchens, laundries, vanities, shelving and furniture.
Ply Panels & Doors
Ply is now an attractive and sustainable material that can be used for cabinet doors, panels and furniture.
Plywood is a strong, lightweight and attractive option with the multi veneer edge. They are now available with the timber veneer facing as well as film faced colours.
We can also laminate the face for bench tops or feature panels.
Patterned Doors
Whether you require a traditional, country, classic or modern pattern we can help. We offer a fresh approach and work with our clients to meet the varied requirements of custom or established designs.
We use an EO MDF moisture resistant substrate and can supply the doors and panels raw and unpainted or fully painted with a 2 pack coating to match the specified colour. A full range of colours is available from a subtle matt finish to full gloss sheen.
CUSTOM ROUTING
We can assist you with the manufacture of flat panel components to suit a diverse range of modern requirements. We remove the difficulty involved when machining arcs, curves, circles or complex patterns and templates, perforated, slotted and grooved panels are all part of the services we provide.
